We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your own credit, risk, and compliance decisions.

4. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations (including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant regulations, where applicable).

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity;
Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software or models;

While we aim to provide high‑quality, high‑intent leads, we do not guarantee:

A specific number of leads;
A particular conversion rate;
Any minimum revenue, profit, or business outcome.

You are responsible for how you use the leads and for your own sales and risk decisions.

7. Fees, Payments, and Plans

If you purchase paid Services or plans, the following apply (in addition to any specific order form or pricing plan):

7.1 Fees and Billing

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified in your plan or order.
All fees are payable in the currency and method specified at checkout.

7.2 Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST). You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, except those based on our income.

7.3 No Refunds (Unless Stated Otherwise)

Unless expressly stated in your plan or required by law, all fees are non‑refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primedserv, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of any applicable law or third‑party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

You breach these Terms or any applicable law;
You fail to pay fees when due; or
We reasonably believe your use of the Services may cause harm or legal risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and indemnity.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
